Shipping & Returns
We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your order. To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please follow the guidelines outlined below:
Returned products must be in the same condition as when they were received, with the exception of minor handling necessary to inspect them. This includes:
- Items must be unworn (except for trying them on), unwashed, undamaged, and unused, with all original tags and the intact “do not remove” tag.
- Footwear and accessories should be returned in their original boxes and placed within a protective shipping box.
- If your product comes with a security tag, please ensure it remains attached.
- Hosiery can only be returned if it is unopened and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return meets these requirements, we will process your refund within 15 days from the date we receive the items.
If the returned items do not meet these conditions, we may adjust the refund to account for any reduction in the value of the items, potentially up to the full cost of the item(s).
Please note that you cannot return the following products:
- Personalized or bespoke items, unless the products are defective or incorrect.
- Earrings, whether fine or costume jewelry.
- Socks and underwear.
- Garments or cosmetics where the hygiene label or seal has been tampered with or removed.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@akki-lab.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at support@akki-lab.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
